Time: Registration: 9.30am–11.30am | Consultation Meeting: 12pm | AGM Commences: 2.15pm

Location: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth

Gumala Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 077 593 581), in its capacity as trustee for The General Gumala Foundation (ABN 50 336 714 927), gives formal notice of this meeting.

Meeting and Voting Information

  • How to Attend: Beneficiaries can join the AGM in person or online. You can also appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.
  • Registration: If attending in person, registration is open from 9.30am to 11.30am on the day.
  • ID Requirements: You’ll need your GAC ID number to register. If you don’t have it, contact GAC before the event. At the Lumi check-in kiosk, you’ll be asked for your date of birth and GAC ID number.
  • Online Access: You can watch the AGM live online, ask questions, and vote electronically. Instructions for joining and voting will be provided before the meeting.
  • Proxy Voting: If you prefer, you can appoint a proxy (any adult 18+) to vote for you. Proxy Forms are available online: Online Proxy Form
    Deadline to submit: 11.59pm on 21 October 2025.
  • Voting at the AGM: Voting will be done via electronic poll. Clear instructions will be given during the meeting. The only item up for vote is the adoption of the minutes from last year’s Foundation AGM.
  • Asking Questions: The Meeting Chair will invite questions and comments throughout the AGM, including questions for the Foundation’s auditor, Hall Chadwick.
  • Childcare: Childcare will be available on the day. More information on this will be provided shortly.
