A gift in your will is legally known as a bequest. Bequests help us respond to our community’s needs, commit to long-term projects, and expand our capacity to meet new challenges.
Bequests can take the form of:
- The residue of your estate (after taking care of your family and other costs)
- A percentage of the residue
- A set amount of funds as a gift
- A specific gift, such as shares or real estate.
A bequest is the most significant gift a person can make for a lasting impact.

It’s easy to include a gift in your Will – legally known as a bequest. All your solicitor needs are our ABN 50 336 714 927 and registered name – The General Gumala Foundation Trust. Even a small share of what’s left after your loved ones are provided for will help improve the lives of those we serve.
