Trust Deed

The General Gumala Foundation Trust Deed was signed in 1997, and is a comprehensive legal document between Gumala Aboriginal Corporation (The Manager), Gumala Investments Pty Ltd (The Trustee) and the Traditional Owners of the Banjima, Yinhawangka and Nyiyaparli people of the Pilbara.

The Trust Deed outlines GIPL’s role and responsibilities, and specifies the Income Utilisation Categories (IUCs) against which the income of the Trust can be allocated towards, for improving the lives and opportunities of our Beneficiaries.
