Trust Update for the Sep QTR 2022

November 3, 2022

GIPL would like to present the September Quarter Trust Update for the new financial year.

As at 30 September 2022, we held $158.7M within the future fund and received a total revenue of $9.9M, with $7.7M of that revenue coming from the Yandi Land Use payments.
$2.9M was spent on Health & Wellbeing program funding, which is greater than the allocated budget of $2.2M. This represents Gumala Members utilising their Flexible Program funding to have greater choice over how their program funds are spent.

As this quarter marks the start of the 2022/2023 financial year, the quarter and year-to-date information is the same.

The Gumala Trust acknowledges and pays respect to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation and the continuation of cultural, spiritual, and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
